How It Works
Most engagements run 4–8 weeks. The goal is always the same: leave you with infrastructure that works, is documented, and can be operated without me in the room.
Step 1
Assessment
I evaluate the current environment — what's running, what's brittle, what's undocumented, and where the risk is. You get a clear picture of what needs to change and why.
Step 2
Simplification
Remove what's unnecessary. Consolidate what's redundant. Before migrating anything, I reduce the surface area so the work that follows is cleaner and the result is easier to maintain.
Step 3
Migration
Move off brittle systems onto durable ones. Clean architecture, tested configurations, and implementations built to be understood by whoever comes next — not just whoever built them.
Step 4
Documentation & Handoff
Every engagement closes with operational documentation: runbooks, architecture diagrams, and process notes your team or MSP can actually use. When the project wraps, you own it.
After the project
Past clients can opt into quarterly reviews — a few hours every 90 days to check in, flag drift, and keep things coherent as the business changes. No retainer required. No ongoing dependency.
Hardware and software procurement are also available through reseller partnerships, so licensing and equipment don't become a separate headache during a migration.
If this sounds like the kind of engagement your organization needs, start a conversation.
